Generation problems and unexpected results

A task fails or is blocked

Credits charged for a task that fails or is blocked before producing a result are returned automatically. If your balance does not reflect the return, contact Support with the approximate date and time, task information if available, and an error screenshot.

A task takes longer than expected

Generation time varies. Starriva does not promise a fixed completion time. Check the task status before starting the same request again, as a new request may use additional credits.

The result differs from your direction

AI results can vary in appearance, motion, clothing, props and story continuity. A completed result that you dislike is not automatically a failed task. Explain the issue to Support if you believe there is an error; a refund or credit adjustment is not guaranteed.

A result is unsafe

Use Report in the app. For copyright, likeness, privacy or safety concerns outside your account, email [email protected]. Send only the details needed to identify the problem.
