Cancel a subscription or request a refund

Stop future renewal

Open Google Play with the account used for your purchase. Go to Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions, select Starriva and follow the cancellation instructions. Menu names may vary.

Canceling renewal does not immediately remove the remaining paid period. Your eligible access and unused subscription credits continue until that period ends, unless you delete the account or access is restricted under the Terms.

Uninstalling Starriva or deleting a Starriva account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. If automatic renewal is active, cancel it before deleting your account; you do not need to wait for the paid period to expire.

Refund requests

Google Play handles refund decisions under its policies. Use Google Play refund help to check the available request process. Approval is not guaranteed.

For missing purchases, access or credits, contact Starriva Support with the relevant Google Play order number and a description. Never send card details, passwords or verification codes.
